astro pitch

heyyyo its Aaron again, i was just thinking Why is hockey played on astro pitch now,is it because playing on grass was annoying. I feel the reason why they changed to astro is the game got alot faster because when you hit the ball on a grass pitch it barely moved but now the ball can go alot faster because its played on astro. If you guys have any other opinions plz comment below i would like to here your opinions
